It teaches you to integrate slow-flowing physical movements and breathing to counteract the stress and strain of daily life, to restore the body and the mind, and to improve health by strengthening the immune system.
Karen Steinbrecher has been a QiGong practitioner for 15 years and a certified Senior Fitness instructor for 23 years. She currently offers QiGong classes at The Resiliency Center in Flourtown, PA. Karen personalizes her QiGong classes for her clients and according to the seasons.
